THF gives its warmest thanks to Shaldon Singers, who nominated the Foundation to benefit from the retiring collection at their Christmas concert in St Peter’s, Shaldon It was such a lovely evening!
THF trustee Leon Winston spoke movingly at the start of the second half on the work of the charity. A wide variety of music was performed by an enthusiastic choir under the skilfully wielded baton of their Musical Director, Tim Crompton. The audience left in a very upbeat and Christmassy mood! An impressive £530 was donated by generous audience members and the bell-ringers, (who set up the staging) giving their £50 fee to the Foundation as well. Thank you once again, Shaldon Singers, bell ringers and kind donors.
