In a design and technology workshop supported by The Helen Foundation and Peter Margerum, Year 6 children designed and built their own toys or moving sculptures, using cams mechanisms to create moving parts.
The children worked with wood, plastic and other materials and had a great time learning new skills, and using tools to bring their creative ideas to life.
